Well, I’m still working on my game as a hobby and think it’s coming along pretty well. I figured I’d make some sort of post to start updating this place. I’ve mostly just been tackling the coding aspect so far. Making sure the gameplay and features work. The coding part is fun and interesting, but it can be overly stressful, especially when you’re trying to resolve bugs and glitches during the process. At the moment it’s just my code and primitive objects in Unity. Not very exciting.
I’m trying to develop this as smartly as possible, which has been a good learning experience. I know what needs to be done overall and what I want the game to mostly be. I’m aware of “feature creep” so I’m trying to be careful with that. I plan on releasing my game for Steam whenever it’s done. I’ll see about other storefronts afterwards.
